These terms cover the purchase and use of Skyzite Reels ("the folder"), a digital product sold on skyzite.com by Lautaro Caceres, based in Argentina ("Skyzite", "we"). By buying it you agree to them.

What you buy

A downloadable folder of instructions, tools and templates that you open with an AI assistant on your own computer (Claude Code or Codex) to make animated explainer videos. It's a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions, credits or usage limits from us.

Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles the checkout, taxes and receipt. We never see your card details. The download link arrives by email right after the purchase.

Your license

• You can use the folder to make as many videos as you want, for yourself or for clients, and post or sell those videos.
• The videos you make are yours. Facts, models, photos or music you add carry their own licenses and are your responsibility.
• You can't resell, share, publish or redistribute the folder or its contents, in whole or in part, or offer it as your own product.

What you need, and what it costs

The folder runs with third-party services you set up and pay for yourself: an AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT, desktop app) and, optionally, ElevenLabs for the voice and sound effects. Their terms, prices and availability are set by them, not by us. The folder also uses open-source software listed in its NOTICES.md file, under their own licenses.

No guaranteed results

We show what the folder can do and real examples, but we don't promise views, followers or income. The quality of each video depends on the topic, your AI plan and how you use it. Check every fact before posting: you're responsible for what you publish.

Refunds

You have a 7-day guarantee. See the refund policy.

Liability

The folder is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for costs from third-party services, lost data, or indirect damages.

Changes and contact
