Refund policy

7-day guarantee. If you can't get your first video out within 7 days of buying, write to us and we'll help you until it works. If it still doesn't, we refund your money in full.

• How to ask: email skyzite.shop@gmail.com with the email you bought with and, if you can, a screenshot of where you got stuck.
• Where the money goes back: to the original payment method, through Gumroad. Banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full at any time once verified.
• After 7 days purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Costs from third-party services you used with the folder (your AI plan, ElevenLabs) aren't covered: those are billed by them.
